Anyone have this happen

Hi Guys,

I've been on Proscar 1/5th tab a day & Nizoral 2% (twice a week) for about 6 months now. Here are some things that I have noticed and have questions about:

1) I get these head zits on my scalp and they are very painful. It started happening since starting my regime. I wash my hair everyday, so I know my scalp is clean. What causes these? Is this normal?

2) I know this sounds weird, but it appears that I am losing pubic hair continously and it is thin. Is there any connection with taking Proscar? Is this normal?

I get the head acne from Nizoral.

I never noticed the pub thing but I remember that finasteride gave me fierce acne and some minor sexual sides. It may go away for you in time though.

I have the exact same two side effects. It's about month 12 for me on Propecia and my pubes look half as 2/3 to half as full and i get itchy scalp pimples.

damn this is on back of my head whenever i scratch i feel like i cut my skin open :x

DHT makes body hair grow, so it's possible for a reduction in DHT to cause a reduction in body hair. What do you need pubes for anyway?
