anyone have success splitting propecia into half pieces??

I am trying to cut down the propecia amount that i am taking, to combat the side effects. Anyone have success maintaining or regrowing hair taking .5 of propecia ???

Some people can.. some people can't. Give it a shot, but perhaps consider putting some finasteride into your minoxidil (say 5mg into 60ml) for that extra boost.

I split it in 1/4s. Easy. Took some practice, but now perfect every time. You don't have to be perfect, though.

so far I am able to cut my proscar into 8ths basically thats like what 60 mg a cut.

I am cutting it into 1/4ths. I have been doing this for month 2-present, which is 3.5 months. I will get a better answer at month 6 which I will decide then, if I should increase the dosage. I wish there were more people who took .25 and see if they improved.

I use a sharp small knife it seems to work better.

but the key is the knife must be razor sharp pill cutters tend to have thicker blades for some reason.

A simple straight edge razor blade like what goes in a box cutter works the best for cutting pills

Agreed, straight-edge razor works perfectly to cut my finpecia pills into 1/4's. So far on it for 2 weeks, noticeable libido increase the first week and now it is tapering off. Will have full one month update w/pics.
