been using minoxidil on my temples and crown for about 5 months now and noticed hair growing in the gaps in my beard where it hasnt grown before, im not complaining i like it but just wondering if it is the minoxidil causing this ? anyone else had this? any science behind it?

Facial hair keeps growing, same as the rest of the body hair.

Ya...eyebrows and hands but nothing anyone could really noticed except me. But i'd rather deal with removing unwanted hair than being bald.

will those unwanted hairs keep getting longer or stabilized? should i apply minoxidil just once a day or switch to a lower percent? advice needed.

Yes, happened to me. Luckily it stopped after a while.
so you're still using minoxidil?

MY eye brows are thicker, but this is also a good thing because I used to have lighter eyebrows. They look more defined (not like a monobrow!)

I definitely started to observe systemic effects, after I switched from 2% to 5% minoxidil. I have ever had a hairless body, but suddenly, some hairs on my chest grew thicker. But I still have virtually no hair on my chest, though. It was more noticeable on my face: My eyebrows now grow longer and must cut them from time to time. I also have longer hairs in my nose. :) This is the most unpleasant thing, but still no serious problem. Certainly, it is trivial in comparison with being bald.
