I just got my SMP done and now i am planning hair transplant in the end of summer. My biggest concern is that in first months after procedure i won't be able to cut my hair short beacause of whole healing process. But SMP looks ridiculous with some longer hair in between. So can you describe how it is first months after hair transplant, do people know that you get yourself hair transplant or does maybe SMP start to look obvious?
Thing is that i am around NW3, nobody knows that i have SMP (always had long hair and then shaved for the first time on the day of SMP procedure) and maybe i would like the same with hair transplant.
