In Canada you need a prescription.
Once you could buy it online here: https://www.hairlosstalk.com/treatments/propecia/. Now no more but you get the idea.

Of course you can buy it online with a prescription. Stick to these tried and true websites. Use AllDayChemist and/or InhousePharmacy. They list competitive prices and delivery times aren't too bad ( at least to the UK )
