The one that starts off like it's a treatment for baldness? It starts out with some guy talking about baldness and then the camera moves on a bald guy and the doctor says "I have some good news." So the bald guy sounds real happy and says something like "Am I a candidate for the new procedure you invented?" Then the fake doctor says "No, but I saved a lot of money on my insurance with Geiko."
That's just so funny and cruel at the same time.
