I got a couple of blood tests just to check if my hair loss is caused by something else and all that came up is that I have very low immunoglobulin A (IgA). I’m very sensitive to gluten and dairy which is apparently linked to low IgA.
Has anyone else got this? Or successfully improved their IgA?
I know there are a lot of suggestions on the web; but there are not many success stories that I have read and I don’t want to spend money on useless vitamins.
At the moment I’ve started taking glutamine; lots of bodybuilders reckon this has improved their immune system.
