Hello der!

So yeah, i have these White sebum balls in my frontal hair (especially in left temple area where i lose most hair) and my hair is thinning. It started on my left temple half year ago and have been spreading slowly. Is there anyone else that has the same situation going on? My hair started to get greasy very fast too when all this started.

When i work out out hard and sweat, after showering my hair is just full of this White sebum substance... So is this caused by male pattern baldness or some yeast?

Seborrhea or seborrheic dermatitis, it's not actually male pattern baldness but you can have male pattern baldness while you have it, and it makes hair loss worse. Try nizoral and I'd advise you to start finasteride if you're receding.

Also, try eating less sugars and fat, and don't drink too much alcohol. Exit pizzas, hamburgers, beers and sodas, hi vegetables, meat and water ! It's annoying but it works.

Consult a dermatologist to be sure.

I did see dermatologist and he said its seborrea. Ive been using nizoral and lots of other stuff, diet too and nothing works... My hair is thinning and it gets worse if i dont maintain hygiene.

I think its MBP that is causing my sebaceous glands to overproduce sebum.

Oh yes I remember your previous thread now.
It's not exactly Androgenetic Alopecia that causes your sebaceous glands to produce too much sebum, it's most likely a hormonal imbalance.

I have seborrheic dermatitis and finasteride didn't lower my symptoms, but dutasteride did. Not that I advise you to take that, but dutasteride inhibits 5ar1, and DHT resulting from 5ar1 has an effect on sebaceous glands, that's why I suspect it had a positive effect on my condition.

I also use a zinc sulfate lotion every other night before shampoo, I use nizoral twice a week, I mix a 500mg pill of aspirin (salicylic acid) with water that I apply on my scalp before shampoo and I sometimes do an apple cider vinegar rinse after shampoo.
I have no dandruff now, sometimes my scalp itches but that's all.
