I did.
It sucks.
I know people will say "weight lifting will only have neglible impact your testosterone/DHT " and that "weight lifting will only speed up your male pattern baldness if you are pre disposed to it"

but i seriously believe weight lifting is super bad for hair.
Over the last few months ive been weight training seriously and eating/taking vitamins to ensure optimal hormones (high testosterone).
My sex drive is really high and my voice is deeper but now my hair is getting thinner.
I've stopped weight lifting and gone back to eating a 'normal' diet and i think it's helped my hair. But i'm less horny, don't feel as good and my voice isn't as deep. it sucks.

You are free to believe in anything, but your belief is unsupported by science.

I don't know but I will start washing my hair twice a day because my scalp is super greasy and the trihologist said it's blocking hair growth.

I always knew my hair is greasy. Because after a meal, my face gets greasy as well.
