Anyone Else Feel Prickly Stubble In Their Scalp But No Regrowth

My hair is diffuse thinned. And ive been on finasteride for 3 months. Im shedding like crazy and have perpetually been feeling prickly stubble on my thin spots in my scalp and crown for weeks. My hair is about 2 inches long.

I don't notice my hair getting any thicker. It's considerably thinner since starting finasteride. and it seems like i just always have stubble.

Anyone else experiencing this or am I just crazy

I just took my first dose of finasteride, and both applications of minoxidil today, best adivce I've been given is to stick with it. From reviews I've read this isnt overnight sucesss. Some guys saw major improvements in four months, and some had to wait a year.
