I'm a big fan of the search function, use it all the time but I didn't find what I was looking for with this.

Has anyone had success with maintaining their haircount by using topicals only? If so, what're you using?

I've quit using Avodart and am not going to use any more drugs. That leaves me with using Niz2%, Nano shampoo, and rogain 5%.

I take a small dose of finasteride 0.5mg EOD, plus minoxidil twice daily, but my younger bro who started thinning before me has maintained & thickened up his hair quite well with a topical only regime… he quit finasteride due to sides.

I think it’s

Morning: hair signals copper peptides & then 5% minoxidil (or vice versa I don’t know the order)

Evening: minoxidil 5% with retina a followed by an application of 5% spironolactone cream before bedtime

Shampoo rotation, T-Gel, nizoral, Revita

Emu Oil occasionally a few times a week to help with inflammation,

Yes, using hair signals and rogaine 5%. I slowed my hairloss greatly. I lost no more than a few hairs in the 4 months i used it. Two/three months after i quit however my hairline moved back quarter of an inch nearly. So i think this proves the combination works to help maintain hair.
