Well id love to test this theory coz I notice everytime i run my hands through my hair the average hair that comes out is often half the size of the length of the rest of my hair and extremelly thin and weak looking, very rarely is it a full length thicker non minaturized one.....they seem to be rooted stronger. But i could be wrong.

You are wrong. You would notice minaturized hairs falling out becasue:
1) they have a shorter life
2) They grow slower than non affected male pattern baldness hairs.

You should seriously do some research because you are talking out of your ***.

:agree:

metalheadmoron...why dont you listen to anybody?? miniaturized hair doesnt stay in the growth phase long and sheds more often...thats why you notice them when you wash or brush your hair...everytime it sheds it grows back weaker with an EVEN shorter growth phase...until there is nothing left....it is not anchored any weaker...LMAO.

DUDE! im not saying ur wrong! In fact ur correct, but ur not even willing to conceed that its possible that minaturized hairs could infact be rooted weaker (if only slightly) and to me thats pretty IGNORANT (its not a totally insane outrageous theory you know, that you make it out to be) you also dont provide any proof to back up your claims either, did you attach force guage to a minaturized hair then pull it out then do the same to a non minaturized one? What was the result? Id like to know! That all im saying ok. Lighten up and stop being so defensive. I agree with you, but im trying to open you up and other people on this board to other possibilities, but everyone is so damn defensive! geez

I agree w/ metalhead to an extent...I wouldn't completely rule out his "theory" due to my own personal observation of my own hair. I don't think miniaturized hairs are rooted weaker b/c the bulbs on those hairs always seem normal, but some of bulbs on my long hairs which pull out real easily have abnormal hair bulbs. Does anyone have anything to say about it?
