Anybody here shed for all 12 months on Propecia before getting regrowth? Anybody lose almost all of his hair on Propecia before regrowth? Anybody NEVER get any regrowth with Propecia and ended up totally fu**ed for life? Anybody just have one really bad shed and then progress from then on? Wondering what category I'm going to fit into...

I want maintenance, but I want to maintain where I was before I started taking Propecia. I've lost half the top of my head since then (5 mos.).

pattern?

Yep. The veterans are going to tell us to hang in. Good advice, most likely, but...I repeat my questions...Could this go on forever?

If you have been patient enough for 12 months to sick on it, you need to shake up the routine I think. Look into spironolactone or revivogen. You need to add another DHT blocker to the mix. You have done well being patient and now it is time to look for more weapons. This is why most of us tell people to not use eberything at once, so if down the road they still haven't met with success, the still have other things to look into.

Oh and everyone else....hang in there :)

Didn't mean to start trouble. When I was on SP, I had bad sheds, but I also had great flushes of regrowth. On Propecia, I just seem to shed. I know it's supposed to be the other way around, and I had bad problems with mood swings on SP, but I have this really bad feeling that I'm going to spend a year just losing hair and then, if I decide to quit Propecia, I'll lose the rest. I know no one can tell you what will happen, but I'm not seeing cycles, just a trip downhill. I keep looking at "fifty's" pictures and I see the good things that can happen, and a lot of guys in here have had really good results with the big three, but I wonder if some of us hot responders are just not cut out for anti-dht treatments.

I dunno man.. I've been on propecia and rogain for a little over 6 months now and I can say my ahir definitely looks much hticker and fuller since when I started. You may just need to thrwo a few more things inot the mix who knows. But anyways i just wanted to let you know that there are people out there who are seeing results, and NOT going backwards...
