In order to cover up my thinning areas and make my hair appear thicker I need to spend quite a bit of time and tons of hairspray. The problem with this is it's such a gruelling process that when things don't go right, (aka shedding days) my hair just becomes one huge hairspray curly hairball. The next day I know i'm going to shed allot because of all the buildup and garbage that is still left in my hair. Knowing this I still have to carry out the same process as the day before so that my hair looks reasonable once again.
My point is it seems like whenever I take extended days off from styling my hair with hair product my hair seems to respond better to my treatments and appear fuller.
Do any of you feel that your daily routine of rigorous styling is holding you back from results?
