I know......dumb answer......LOL!!! You have a point though! If it can actually go to the follicle................then we might get somewhere. Well, at least a start :wink:
Well, one could try emu oil. You could get green tea extract in a solution form, put that one your scalp, let it dry a little bit, the follow it up with emu oil. You have to make sure to get the emu oil from the right place though. Some emu oil products are inferior and you don't wanna waste your money on inferior sh*t.
