Anybody use "Just For Men" regarding coloring?

This is not so much about hair loss but rather coloring graying hair. When I first bought "Just For Men" two years ago it worked satisfactorily if I remember correctly.

I then lost interest for quite a while, and using it again now, the color is not staying in my hair. I put it in, wait, then shower, shampoo and rinse as directed. All the color just runs out. Left with same gray again (terrible smell about it too).

I don't really get it because this is 100% counter to the point of this hair color product. Does the formula lose potency if not used over time or something?

Thanks for any tips...

That's strange. I've been using JFM for about 10 years now and have never had that problem.

The only concern I ever had regarding this product is could using it too often result in some kind of hairloss? I keep my hair buzzed short so I apply it once a week. Over the years I really havnt had much hairloss but recently I've learned I'm starting to thin a little on the scalp. I really doubt it was due to JFM, I'm almost 35 and it's probably just due to aging but it's something I have thought about.
