Anybody Quit Minoxidil And Have Success?

Been using minoxidil for 8 months. Im certain it has thinned out the areas where i have put it. Ive probably lost 50% density in the areas I've applied.

Has anyone quit minoxidil and survived the quitting shed? Or regrown hair after quitting that was caused by minoxidil shedding?

The places I put it were slightly thin. My hair was near perfect when I first started. These hairs probably would have fallen out eventually over the years but I'm guessing minoxidil accelerated it for sure

If you truly think it was from Minoxidil, then quitting will not cause any additional hair loss. You should consider though that the hair loss just did not respond to topical Minoxidil alone though and not that Minoxidil CAUSED the thinning to increase.

if this is the case, it could be possible you're allergic to it or something. Go to a dermatologist before quitting it because you don't want it to get worse.
