anybody here w/ pointy back have balding vertex?

For some guys, the back of their head ("vertex") is pointy. For others, it's flat, sort of like a dent or something.=) And it occurred to me recently that I can't recall ever seeing a guy whose head was pointy, who was balding in the back. It is as if there is a rule: if the back of your head is pointy rather than flat, you only bald from the hairline back.

Anybody here disagree? Can you think of anybody who is living proof otherwise?

If the bloodsupply was involved in hairloss, then I could suspect that there was some connection between that and your statement, otherwise, I don't think it sounds very logical

Certain genetic attributes can be related.

My head is a bit pointy and I'm a diffuser. Maybe theres some truth to this?

Hate to say it, but my animation teacher is bald and he has a particularly pointy head.

It's long been a pet habit of my mom's to joke that I have a pointy head. You know, one of those nonsensical parental jibes.
Now that I know I'm a diffuser, I'm worried. If Propecia doesn't work, and I have to shave my head, what if I really *do* have a point?

I wouldn't care if it was a slight point---some people make it look good. But if it turns out to be like my teacher, I don't think I have the right kind of face to pull it off.

Please allow myself to repeat.... myself. What I'm saying is that I have not seen a guy who is only balding at the vertex. They seem to only bald from the hairline, until way way later. Whereas guys with flat heads at the "vertex" seem to start balding at the vertex, either before or at the same time as their hairlines recede.

Just an observation. Might not be true for all.

I have seen so many balding patterns that I don't really know what to think. I have a friend and up until 8 or 9 months ago I thought he would never lose his hair. I saw himfor the first time a few weeks ago and he had lost some at the sides. He said his dad was slick bald.

I just wish mine would either all fall out tomorrow or stay put. I'm sick to death of thinking about it tbh!
