Anybody Here Heard Of Or Experienced Urinary Bladder / Testicles Sharp Pain On finasteride?

So im 6 months on finasteride ed 1mg. Everything was somewhat alright side effects wise.
But yesterday for whatever reason, after few hours sessions of making out with a girl outside in somewhat cold-ish weather, going back home i felt sharp pain in one of my testicles and urinary bladder.

It was so bad that it was painful to walk.

Then after a night sleep, everything was back to normal.

However tonight, we met up with her again, situation repeated itself. Im not sure if it could be because she was sitting on my lap for like 2 hours, and she blocked some blood flow or because i didnt piss for like several hours and by the end of it i wanted to piss bad and thats why bladder got inflamed. After i pissed pain eased significantly, but testicled continued to be in pain.

I dont know if it's cuz of finasteride or what the f***.

Anybody here experienced something like that?

Also i just read that spermatocele or varicocele can be causes of testicle pain, are there any connections between finasteride and such conditions?

I started finasteride about six to eight weeks ago. I started at .25mg, then upped it to .5 after two weeks. About 2 weeks ago I upped it to 1mg. Each time I increased my dosage shedding gradually reduced. I didn't notice any side effects until I increased my dosage to 1mg. My sex drive tanked, and my amount of ejaculate was instantly reduced by more than half. My nipples started getting progressively itchier, especially during the night. I quit taking it three days ago, and developed a terrible pain in my left testicle today after a few hours of being sexually aroused. I can't remember the last time I had blue balls, and it only happened after weeks without ejaculating. I've never in my life gotten it from a mere few hours of being aroused. Has anyone else experienced this after quitting finasteride, and did it keep occurring? If the sides clear up I want to jump back on at .5mg a day and reevaluate. I know it is working by how much my shedding has come down. At .25 mg I went from losing 120 hairs a day in the shower to around 70, and then down further to 50 on .5mg. Today I only lost 25 hairs. Although I did started taking minoxidil 3.5 months ago, so part of it may be the minoxidil shedding subsiding.

Man I'm so depressed about this. I'm back to a solid nw2 from finasteride and min. But this severe testicle and pelvic pain makes it impossible for me to have an orgasm. And when I try and fail, the blue balls make the pain even worse.

My plan is to ween off the finasteride over the next month then substitute it for RU 50mg a day. I just have to find out if it's the finasteride causing the chronic epididymitis you know?

Do you guys think I will lose much ground swapping a few months of finasteride to RU while I figure out what's happening to my body?

Edit: since finasteride is giving me trouble I've also upped my minoxidil application to a full capful or more twice a day to buy time. And added Tricomin.

It was definitely the drug. It had gotten bad 8months in, but light pain since I started. Had ultrasounds and tests and the Doctor marked it as a side effect of propecia as his thought of cause. Also it went away completely 2 weeks after my last pill. Which is how long it takes for DHT to return to baseline.

It never occured again, so I don't know? Started finasteride back up too and nothing.. so I don't know what to tell you. If this is a persistent issue you might want to quit finasteride until you get it checked out.

i guess life just forces me to get on minoxidil and quit finasteride, i booked a consultation with urologist, gona talk to him about it
but im 100% sure its finasteride, cuz dude described same symptoms im having right now
question is if to stick with it or drop finasteride
