Anybody have luck coarsening...

...frontal hair that is mild to moderately diffuse on finasteride and nizoral combo alone? Not necessarily re-growth per se, but less scalp showing in the front in an early Norwood stage (1-3). Can one expect more coarsening after a whole year of use? I have all the coverage I want already, I just really wish the front would thicken up.

Your best bet is probably a thickening shampoo like Aveda Pure Abundance.

Better yet...Just use hairspray! Coats the hairshafts making it alot fatter.
