Well let us hit all bases first my friend!!
So let us start with the most basic that at leasylt will help with the quality of your existing hair.
Biotin at 10000 mcg a day
MSM powder 5 grams per day with 3 grams of vitamin c a day (vitamin c helps absorption of MSM).
I say these supplements because they for ME in the past have made my existing hair healthier And slightly thickened my hair after a few months of usage.
NEXT. We must Stop the cause of it. High DHT in the scalp.
So what can we do for that?
Quite a few things really.
I personally Love oral castor oil. This stuff slows my hair shedding by a solid 50 percent or so. Great great great stuff.
For a double effect apply it topically as well at the follicles. It has thickened up my hair I would say 10 percent over the last 3 months. Super cheap and Quite worth it.
NOW WE NEED TO STIMULATE NEW GROWTH WITHOUT THE BIG 3.
We can do that with Dermastamping.
Get a 1.5 mm length dermastamp. You are to stamp once per week. Follow each dermastamping session with a mixture of castor oil and rosemary essential oil (rosemary apparently is as effective as 2 percent minoxidil).
I just started dermastamping and already have a brand new hair sprouting from a previously slick bald area on my temple.
Now we need to slow down the loss by inhibiting DHT. I want you to go to the user Worm on this forum and look uo his Zix formula. Make it exactly as described and apply every damn day.
It topically lowers DHT without having systemic effects. Peraonally I notice like 50 plus percent less shedding with it. Although alot of other people notice even higher cessation of shedding. It is dirt cheap and worth the significant DHT decrease. AND it has cosmetic thickening effects upon application. Win win.
Biggest ones here are castor oil, Zix...zix... zix..., and dermastamping. It is worth throwing high dose biotin and MSM in too especially since msm can help with skin problems and inflammation in joints and it is cheap. I hope this helped
