Any Ru Success Stories? Looking For Input Good And Bad

Doctor advised me not to start finasteride due t thyroid issues. He said he’d consider the topical in the future one things normalize.

He didn’t know anything about RU but I thought it could be a temporary option.

Has there been any real progress other than the ‘promotional bro’ pitching for anagen?

Shed?
Starting/Stopping?
Dose?

I put 1g in 20ml minoxidil to make a 5% solution. Twice daily.
Shedding like a motherfucker after a month, but I am also on avodart. Around 100-1500 terminal hairs.
I had really dry eyes but that seemed to go away.
Stopping because I’m about to start darolutamide instead. My hair has only gotten worse.

Did you correlate the shed with the start of RU? Do you think Daronis safer than RU?

Was thinking of a low dose RU in stemoxydjne base to buy some time as my thyroid get sorted out.

- much more expensive than finasteride
- taking a pill is much easier than using topicals
- there are no reliable Ru suppliers.

Ru is lottery for me. I bought 5g ru but i thrown it to trash since many people using ru somehow dissapear from forums and obviously reason is not insta succes with it.

Been using for a few months now. At best I've had some 'regrowth' along my hairline but its so sparse its not worth talking about - not to mention it doesn't grow at the same speed as the rest of my hair so I'm unsure if its length will continue to grow.

If you're thinking of RU and you've got a slow form of male pattern baldness then yeah it'll likely maintain / slow down the process. If you have aggressive balding then its unlikely to help you unless you feel like using 500mg a day (bad idea). If you want to do the topical AA route go look at something stronger like Daro - yet more sides and still no real success stories...

Why even suggest Daro when you know there are no success stories and more crazier sides...SMH
