Any recover from Seborreic dermatitis??

Hello,I was wondering if any of you has recover from this f****g illness: I know that it cannot be cured,but maybe anyone of you is better from it now.I mean,that you don´t worry about it anymore,you only apply nizoral or whatever once a week and you don´t suffer from itching and drandruff(don´t know if it´s well written).Any experiences will be appreciated,and so some tips(apart from using nizoral,because in my country simply doesn´t exist).I´m using now a coaltar shampoo called Tarmed.Thanks.

i used to be like and hated showering, untill i was give salicylic acid 20% in mineral oiil. boy that baby work for me, now i like showering better anways, i don't have to worry about seeing too much dandruff gunk.

Go to the pharmacy and ask for any shampoo containing ketoconazole.This is the active ingredient of nizoral and maybe it has a different name in your country.In greece it's called fungoral.I used it 3-4 times a week and now that my scalp completely recovered i use it 1Xweek.Good luck.
