Hello, well i started my second course of isotritonoin (acutane) i know its cause hair loss, but acne its a bullshit, its literally painfull, so i decide to go again, it even cause me more hair loss due foliculitis in my scalp
well i am with low dose, any recomendation to avoid more hair loss?

i am thinking in try it daily extraordinary oil, it contains 6 plants
Could it help for hair loss?

PLEASE DO NO REPLY SAYING THINGS LIKE DONT USE IT, OR HOW BAD IT MAKE YOU

i know all, have read looottttt of information, talk with my dermatologist and i already made my choise, so dont make it more hard for me than it is,
just want recomendation to avoid more hair loss, nothing more

This concern seems widely searched, although the evidence is inconclusive. This is rare, less likely if you're a male, only when high doses are used.
Retinoids are actually used to treat alopecia. But you may have an increased shedding of already 'dead' or 'soon-to-die' hairs for a while.

Don't take anything, oil for your scalp is a bad idea, you would like to exacerbate folliculitis?

thanks for the reply, exacerbate? i was going to use some oil for the hair dryness but not sure atm
