any ORAL minoxidil users out there ?

hey all,
please share your experience with oral minoxidil (loniten / generic) -
- what is the suggested dose (plus how many times a day, when and how - after/before food) ?
- what are the side effects, or how bad are they (heart issues, body hair growth etc.) ?
- how good are the positive effects, and how long does it take for them to be noticeable ?
- anything else youd think is relevant to add - please do .

Oral minoxidil is incredibly dangerous, I doubt you'll find many willing to risk serious heart issues when the topical is available with far less risk.
