Any One Stopped Finasteride After Long Term Use ? Is Closs Real ?

Would like to know if any one stopped finasteride after long term use and how bad was the hair fall after that.
will we lose more hairs ? or we will just resume where we stopped when we started finasteride?
Is catch up loss real or still not much data available?
