i have some temple thinning but iam only 16 so i wanna try some natural treatments before I commit to something like minoxidil or fasternide casue of the side affects that have affected some people. so does anyone have any remedies that have help or worked for them, my thinning is minor so i am willing to try anything.

Try pumpkin see oil green tea fap in moderation. And try and eat organic food. When ur old.enough u can try the big boys
