Was just wondering if there were any long term users of RU that have been side free as the title says?

I'm on it 18 months, I do get sides on higher doses. But I get no sides using 40mg, 2 nights on, the third night off. (I use fluridil instead on the night off).

How's the heart rate been? Still any issues with it being elevated?

I am starting to conclude that the increase HR was a side effect of using the higher concentration minoxidil (15%)

Thinking I might give it one more shot on just a lower dose as I can't find any place to purchase CB. Just wanted to hear a few accounts of others with long term success.

does anyone else feel the ru is not entirely getting onto all areas in which its applied? for explain i apply 1ml to my entire scalp and i find it hard to evenly distribute it to my scalp and feel like some of it just stays on my finger as i rub it in

Or getting caught up in hair, not sure if it 100% is getting to the scalp.

Working ok for maintaining. My hair could be better. My temples are receded and the crown is thin. But I keep it kind of longish to cover it up.
I'm still above baseline tho since before I started treatment and it seems to be stable.

Using RU in a KB solution (5% concentration, i.e 50mg/ml from @nageni**). Not sure whether it works as I am on topical finasteride, lipogaine + azelaic acid - all 2x a day. And occasionally say 2x a week I use an S5 cream as well. Was shedding a lot past 3 months, now I can see plenty of small hairs in my frontal regional popping up. All I can say I do not get any sides, perhaps very light ones but that could also be from finasteride.

FYI, Genh@ir topical finasteride was really good and thickened my hair really well. But since their shut down I need to prepare my own topical finasteride. GenH@ir now operates again under a different name (just google GenH@ir) and see what kind of bull**** they are selling now :wow::wow::wow:.

I guess you can find plenty of if you go to hairloss help

But those who do tend to be very cautious with the dosage. Take days off every now and then to let potential sides subside.

Prepare you own topical finasteride:wow:how?[/QUOTE]

Quite simple, I buy finasteride powder or pills and mix them either in alcohol or lipogaine (minoxidil), and that is it ! The concentration is Genh@air's topical finasteride 0,25%, I.e. 2,5mg of finasteride in each ml of topical. All you need is alcohol and 1x 5mg finasteride pill/powder and 2ml of alcohol/lipogaine.. Just to warn you, it does get into bloodstream. Not sure how much of it. But studies shown that topical finasteride may work better than pills + hair transplant surgeons such as H&W prescribe topical finasteride to their patients. :). If I were you, I would give it a try :)... U can try 1mg of finasteride in 1ml of topical solution.
