Any Info on Latanoprost?

I Just read about Latanoprost today. Does anyone have an opinion about it?

Or know where I can get more info on it?

I was reading Aderans site today and in the news section it had a statement saying

"These first generation hair growth drugs -- minoxidil, finasteride, and latanoprost -- are landmarks because they give us encouragement and justification that we can indeed affect hair appearance medically."

Are they just talking about the affect latanoprost had on eyelashes or are they talking about male pattern baldness here?

Can anyone comment on this? I found a couple of old threads relating to Latanoprost but didn't really understand...It is known to cause some hairgrowth when used on the scalp but very minimal growth?

Is it dangerous or something or just doesnt work very well?
