Any Have Good Results With Saw Palmetto?

I read that Saw Palmetto is DHT Inhibitor and that it is a approved treatment for hair loss in Europe so it make sense to try it, also read that it takes two to three months before you see an results. Also i read that people take it instead of Finasteride because its natural and usually doesn't cause any side affects.
Question
Anyone have good results?
Is it worth trying or no?

I do not think Saw Palmetto is approved for hair loss in europe, just that in some countries you need a prescription.

Saw Palmetto usually will not be enough and is not an adequate substitute for Finasteride. However, it is possible that it is better than nothing. I would just get a good brand like life extension.
