Any hair doctor/clinic recommendations for the Washington DC area?

I've tried to go to a dermatologist and all she does is ask me if I need to refill my proscar. She never looks at my hair closely and I am in&out in 3 minutes. If anyone know of/had positive experiences with any hair doctors or clinics, please share it here. Thanks!

Edit: I am not looking for a transplant. But feel free to recommend transplant doctors if they are not pushy about convincing you to get one.
