I just searched the forum for Flutamide and saw that many posters had just started on it or planning to start on it. I dint wanna bring up all the old threads hence am starting this new one.

Anyone using it ?
Started to use it but stopped because of sides ?

Any inputs ?

I dont see the problem if you try and stick to 1ml per day.

flutamide and fluridil

I just ordered fluridil, which I heard is flutamide made to break down in water. Do you think flutamide is better because it can reach more of the scalp? Does anyone know the anatomy of the hair follicle? Is it mostly in fat or around blood? Just wondering which drug should be more effective.

The big problem I have with fluridil is that it STILL hasn't been tested by any independent group, so how do we know that it's for real??

Other antiandrogens like spironolactone and even RU58841 have been tested up the ying-yang by different researchers, and have therefore been PROVEN to work. But not fluridil! Considering how many years it's been around, why not??

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Bryan write on this forum that the only way Flutamide works is by systemic absorption? So it lowers the androgens in the entire body not just the scalp.
