Does anyone use Walker Sensi-Tak hair system tape? I bought a roll to test for possible allergic reaction (while I wait for my replacement system), but I found the bond to be quite weak, especially when I peel it off and re-attach again. I can't imagine how this could last an entire week, especially if one were to wash the system while it was attached, or perspired heavily while working out. Could someone please advise what tapes gives the strongest bond. Thanks.

Hi, yes I use it on the poly surround only as it is very easy to remove... It is not a long wear tape. I use other tapes over the sensitak ( scalp side) it to extend wear.
Also not for lace part.

Thanks AxC123. What brand tape do you use on the scalp side? Does doubling up of the tapes cause any issues, specifically with the increased thickness under the poly? I imagine it could be slightly more detectable to touch.

I have used a variety of tapes including blue, supetape, ultrahold and green. All last about one week for me. Blue tape less itchy for me.
Yes a bit thicker having 2 layers on side and back. . but not much,. I use the shaped contour tapes, cc for back and c for sides, ,much easier than trying to do curves with a roll of straight tape.
I have just received duotak tape which is one side of the sensitak ( less residu for poly side) and other side of blue tape....will try on my new mono piece I got but haven't had cut yet.. I get my tapes (and stock pieces) from
