Any Aftershave products that minimize facial follicles?

Never heard of such a thing, sorry.
There is an advert on UK telly at the moment though, geared towards women's underarms, that claims to somehow reduce either the growing rate of the follicles, the diameter of the follicles, or maybe just the "general appearance of stubble".
I'll keep an eye on it, just incase they've put the active ingredient of Vaniqua into a deodorant (or whatever this product is). If it works on the underarms, chances are it'll work on the face - if it indeed does anything at all to facial follicles.
