Any advice on transplant as I don’t have much knowledge

Hello I’m currently in my early twenties and I’m hoping to get hair transplant for temples and general thickness on top.

I know turkey is a popular place to go to, I’m currently in the uk and I’ve seen mixed reviews on clinic over here.
can anyone offer any advice on what things to look at for when deciding the clinic and also any clinics.
I’ve seen this one place in turkey called “hair transplant Clinic instanbul”
Has 2 million Instagram follows- any reviews?
