Im almost 47, and in the last couple of years I have lots half my hair especially around temples. My mid parting is normal. Blood tests are normal. I resolved ferritin and vit D deficiencies 1 year ago. No female Androgenetic Alopecia in my family, my identical twin sister doesnt have hair thining. This is causing me a lot of distressed.
Could this be Androgenetic Alopecia? Any hope?

hello , if the doctor can not tell you what to do , maybe you can try a wig , but don't try the topper with clip , i will let hair lose more .
