Is it wise to use a low dose of some anti-estrogen like tamoxifen or clomiphene to prevent side-effects related to finasteride and dutasteride like gyno and other ones?
Who does that?

are you experiencing oestrogen (sorry, estrogen for the americans!) related sides?

If not, then why would you muck about with powerful drugs such as that? You do need a healthy balance of oestrogen, nuking it isn't a good idea - especially long term.

I'd try something like resveratrol to help keep a healthy balance

well yes, it could...

If you don't have any oestrogen related sides then there's nothing to suggest your levels are anything other than perfectly healthy. Taking chemicals to reduce your oestrogen levels when there's nothing wrong with them is just insane in my opinion.

Don't worry about getting sides, if anything you'll just start seeing what you "want" to see and will convince yourself you are getting gyno. If Gyno starts to appear then consider your options, if you catch it early there's absolutely nothing to worry about... if you are concerned you might be getting gyno then go see your Dr.

This is obviously just my opinion, but i honestly think you'd be mad to put these drugs into your system on a long term basis for no reason.
