Has anyone ever taken an anti estrogen like nolvadex or something similar while on finesteride to try reduce the effects of higher estrogen levels, or would it be a good idea?. I thought it might help with the likes of gyno tiredness and possible bloating or fat gain? Thoughts?

i think that nolva dont reduce estrogen levels,but arimidex does..some people taking it,but in smaller doses,than for example bodybuilding purposes or breast cancer..but in the long term it can decrease bone mineral density,which can lead to bone thinning and weakening and a higher-than-average risk of broken bones.

Ive used it together because of gyno but its not a long term option. So dont take it at the same time

DIM has documented anti-estrogen affects and a very good safety profile, I am taking it with along with my finasteride, pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto.
