So I currently have little to no loss in my vertex. My questions are the following

1) should I still be using my nizoral and nano shampoo on my vertex even though I show no loss? Should I use this as a 'preventive' step?

2) should I leave of alone and only mess with it when I show loss?
:dunno:

Yep, I'd use nizoral in a preventive mode since there is very little downside to not
using it, other than the cost. Also remember that you can have up to 50%
hair loss before it's noticeable to you.

What are other preventive measures for the crown? I am reluctant to start minoxidil on my crown :shakehead:

minoxidil or topical spironolactone is the only thing that I would say works based
on results I've seen here.

I'd add fluridil to that list too, as i've seen people using solely that with pics to back it up. I don't think it's any better than spironolactone though.

Do you think I should start spironolactone on the back? Or let the crown "ride"?

lol I have no loss in the back.......yet

I've read that you cannot tell you have loss until a lot of it is
already gone. I'd like to think I would have been more aggressive
in treating mine had I known then what I know now. I'd start if
I were you.
