Another hairline question

Alright, obviously terminal hairs mean that the follicles haven't completely atrophied yet, and that's obviously great, but is it possible that so much damage has been done to the follicle that it can never produce a full and ample cosmetically effective hair again? I ask because I'm seeing some serious amounts of brown/black fuzz (including some hairs about 3-5cm in length) sprouting around my current widows peak) to a point that would give me a josh duhamel hairline: i.e. one that I'd kill to have at this point.

Now, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't quite stoked on the prospect of these turning into an acceptable hairline, but I'm also worried that this will never materialize, and they'll just stay whispy, giving me little baby hairs all around my hair"line". If I'm seeing what looks to be rather dense patches of fine dark hairs on my hairline, some of which are longer and thicker, is there a good chance I'll see continued progress and the dawn of a new, better hairline?

This is the exact same question that anyone in here wants to answer. And it has the same answer too: we don't really know.

I believe that even dorman atrophied follicles, can potentially be thick terminal follicles one day. Potentially.

Deaner, from my personal experience many of these hairs have thickened to non-pubic consistency, and now look normal.

Were they always pubic consistency? Cuz I wish mine were, they're thin and whispy albeit visible.
