Here's his high school picture
2008-12-23-acyearbook.jpg

If he grew his hair long like that again there's no way it would be that thick.

He's lost hair. My hair is actually fairly similar to his, although not grey/white yet. Which actually helps hair look thicker.

NW1 is the juvenile kid's hair line. He says about 3 or 4% of white men keep an NW1 into adulthood. Rassman says an NW2 is a mature hairline, and an NW3 is the first sign of what he calls "genetic balding". So if Cooper is indeed an NW2, it does not mean he is balding at all, it means he lost his teenage hairline.
I think what causes NW1/2 confusion is the shape of a given individual's hairline. It seems to me that the shapes rarely fit the chart exactly, it's more of a "How much hair have you lost" system. If you've lost your teenage hairline, regardless of its shape, you're NW2, anything beyond that is balding.

He's 41.

My hair looks like his does now, and in high school it looked like his high school hair as well. I can't grow my hair that thick in the front anymore, and neither can he. He's lost hair.

Care to dispute that, oh hair loss god? :jackit:

Some of you guys are absurd. It's like if someone still has hair, they have no hair loss at all. They have to be a NW5 to even register with you. If you saw me you'd say I have no hair loss at all, but I have lost quite a bit of hair since high school - same with Anderson Cooper. His just took longer to happen.

Really who'd have thought a man to lose hair over 30 yrs from childhood.
Are we really going to get upset over a middle aged man with a NW2? He should consider himself lucky.
Ps :jackit:

Reading comprehension 101, buddy boy.

Try to follow this carefully: I didn't say his hair was bad - I said he lost some. And he has. He has mild male pattern baldness, as do tons of guys (way more than whatever figure is quoted). If you go from having a thick NW1 fringe, even in childhood (although he is 18 in that pic) to a thinner NW2, guess what mo fucka? You have male pattern baldness!!!!!! Call it a mature hairline, whatever....it's still male pattern baldness. Men get it, women don't. That's why they call it MALE PATTERN BALDNESS. You, Rassman, Cassin, and everyone else are dead wrong here. It's programmed, genetic sensitivity to androgens in hair along the hairline.

It's not age related thinning. It's mild male pattern baldness. Age related thinning is what Bill Clinton has. He's in his 60's, and his hair is thinner than it used to be. But oh wait.....according to you, Bill Clinton hasn't lost a single hair since childhood because he's not NW5. Nevermind.

Say what you will - the mature hairline is a myth. A myth that I will destroy.......I don't remember who you are out there, but I've got at least a couple of dudes on here who agree with me. Who's coming with me? Who's coming with me?????

And for the record, he is indeed INCREDIBLY bald - I'm surprised they even let him on television with such a chrome dome.

Wanna know someone else who has lost hair? None other than the new host of the Tonight Show.

It's actually because he's 46 though......he's so old his hair is falling out (coincidentally) in a "androgenetic alopecia" pattern...but make no mistake......it's due to his old age.

To paraniasville? you're on your own buddy. :hump:

Its called male pattern BALDING for a reason. Cooper and Clinton will never be BALD they dont have M.P.B.
There is a difference between having hair as a mature adult that is'nt as good as it once was (like Cooper/Clinton ect) and having a bald head like Larry David/Ron Howard ect) its not the same thing and if you think it is then you are a moron.
And yes women do get it (age related thinning), Are you saying that a 65 yr old woman has the exact same thick dense hair that she had at 20? :shakehead:

I'm gonna have to say that Rassman, despite whatever negative things I've said about him (propecia salesman) is more knowledgable in this than you are. Why? He's DR. Rassman. He has an MD. That might make him a bit more qualified...

This is a really stupid argument. I'm sure everyone involved must have better things to do.
