Anadrol and hair loss??

Just read today that the anabolic drug Anadrol does not convert to DHT, but in the same article it said that it has one of the higher rates for excellerating hair loss. I had been under the assumption that if you got rid of the DHT hair loss would not occur. I welcome an education with this perplexing question..............have I missed something all these years. Is there yet another evil hormone or worse yet, multiple ones?
