It's the media that totally brainswashed these ghetto idiots. Music, for one, is a huge huge culprit, and the naieve, gullible, following and brain-washable little kids get pulled into these gangsta rappers style of talking and presenting themselves. Even these gangsta rappers grow up at some point- notice that hip hop artists fade out as they hit their 30s- that's because they mature and realize that they're acting like pure disgraces and it's time to just grow up!
