Hello,

I am currently taking Propecia and Nizoral. I am looking at switching my current shampoo and conditioner. For those that use American Crew Revitalising shampoo and conditioner, how would you rate them on a scale of 1-5 stars? What are your thoughts on the products? Do you like them? Need some advice please. Thanks in advance.

VW - you seem to have had some real benefits from the AC peptides - what is your usage pattern?

I've recently started using the spray (3 to 4 squirts) morning and night. However, I'm now thinking of using the spray in the morning and serum at night...

I usually use the spray just at night. However, I have been using it once in the morning and once at night now.. it stopped my shedding almost instantly. I was off my routine for a while, and a few months after i guess i got a shed...i went right back on it and the shed tottally stopped. I sometimes get scalp irritation, which am crew also got rid of. My hair looks alot better when im on it, and my scalp feels better too... it keeps my hair in the growth stage, thus making it look fuller.

vw, how long have you been using ac revitalize spray? I've only used it for a month or so, but I also noticed my shedding immediately stopped when starting it. I switched to tricomin briefly (1 week), but it didn't knock my itch out as well, so I'm back on ac. it would be awesome if i can see some benefit to my hair density (be it regrowth or just a slow of loss), but i'm happy just for the anti-itch and conditioning benefits.

oh, and i apply 8-10 spritzes in the morning after my shower and then i touch up through the day if necessary.
