I've been using it for about 4 months in rotation with Nizoral and T-Gel and the shampoo seems to be top quality. It gives it some body and fullness. I can't say I have detected any hair restorative benefits as yet. The conditioner doesn't seem to condition my hair as well. I think it would be okay if you have oily hair, but my hair is rather dry.
