am new and need some advice

I have noticed over the past couple of years that the hair at my temples has been receding which didnt bother me to much as my dad has the same kinda hairline. but in the last couple of months the hair at the front and sides has been getting progresivley thinnner, i really wanna do something about. every time i go out i feel like people are staring which is making me feel terrible...im only 22, if this started happening later on in my life then i think i would be able to deal with it better

from reading alot of posts it sounds like proscar? is the way to go also using min?...im just worried about shedding even more hair while this treatment starts to really get working if it does at all. Can anyone tell me what would be the best combination of treatments to use? thanks :freaked2:

You may as well get on the Proscar tablets and get some Nizoral shampoo as well. Receding Temples is a bit of shi tter and if its hereditary the treatments might not work that well in the temple area but if you dont do anything at all you may regret it. Ive been on Proscar and nizoral for nearly 3 months and i am shedding alot of hair and to be honest its fuckin scary because you think if you lose that much hair your gonna start looking like your balding. I have a good head of hair at the moment,im 33 soon but my dad is bald and i dont believe all these pple who tell me not to worry - DHT 's gonna get yer! Good luck
