Am i too soon for a transplant? Photos included

See photos of me under a bright light, dry hair
This was just after a short cut so in a few weeks it should grow enough to cover the balding areas, to some extent

Am i a suitable candidate for a transplant now just based on my photos?'
Cant take finasteride or dust because of other meds i'm on

If I can get a full hair transplant now: Dhi or fue?
Ideally i only want one op but appreciate this might not be possible due to hair density in some of my dht sensitive areas

Which Norwood would you say i am?

Would you advise shaving it all off now till i get the transplant?

Wanted an objective opinion first before consulting professionals with a financial interest

receded slightly in 2011, then noticed slight incremental thinning from 2013

It doesn't look bad. Put off a hair transplant as long as possible and let your hair grow out a little.. Use Rogaine at least to slow it down.
