I look sometimes ans fear that I am thinning, I think I have small spots on scalp but not sure. no hair fall8ng out but I mess with it. obsessively. please help me i need opinions
am i thinning or is it in my head. i need help

Nobody can tell by looking at those photos. Not even you.
That is normal hair for most people, but maybe yours was thicker before? How can we tell?
Keep those photos then do a comparison in 6 to 12 months.

Front hairs when pulling up dont look compact not dense more sparse. But I guess u always had it like that?

I don't get what you mean. I have been told I have a woman's hairline, thick in front, I do mess with my hair alot.
