Am I the only one who does this...or is this point of insanity??

Hey Everyone,

Recently I have been standing on my bathroom sink counter to get a closer look at my mid and crown area closer to the lights....I just feel that you can seriously see more thinning areas the closer you are, you have a direct shot. Like I said, is this insanity or does anyone else do this? Also what approx. would looking at your hair closer to the light have to like outside in the sun, etc..thanks and also is this fair assumption of how your hair loss & thinning? With just getting a new haircut, it just seems worse today.

yep. It always looks worse when you look at it close up in a mirror with a bright light. It's easy to get paranoid. Even someone who isn't balding will see scalp when bright light is shone on it. Look at your head in normal light and then you can distinguish the parts that are obviously thinning
