you can get hair transplant,but your result will be very poor,as you are nw7,with weak donor area.Also your crown is very low at the back of the head,its almost nw8,i ve never seen so advanced baldness in real life.What about hair system?

Honestly, with that level of hairloss I wouldn't even consider a hair transplant. You would need multiple runs if your donor is even good enough for harvesting. It would cost a fortune, take a long time and chances are it would look pretty sh*t.

Unfortunately your likes of Joe Tilman and garageland are anomalys. They usually have a combination of being good responders to meds, have excellent donor and scalp laxity.

Have you considered a custom hair system?

There was a hair transplant doctor that said he uses oral Minoxidil at around 5mg/day when he cannot do a transplant. Why not try this and derma rolling+massage? At this time the follicles have fibrosis so manual treatment is required. I have seen others get success, it is worth a try if you really want it.

What lointen as opposed to a hair transplant,lointen is only going to give slight improvement if any at all.
